Too much customer satisfaction makes me tardy in the blog dept!

OMG –  I am so busy trying to get all things sorted before I go on my holiday to Thailand that I haven’t posted any blogs recently.

So now that the new team of Call Centre Reps are inducted and toured around the resorts and are out on the floor I’m hoping there will be good results from them soon.

The last Inductees are doing well and one of them already made 2 bookings in his 2nd week on the floor – first time on the phones so great stuff there!

Got a bonus for the work I had done to date – just in time for my Thailand holiday so that is handy!

Now just sorting out the major complainers on the web before I shoot off, as I  don’t want to leave it in the air!

However, with all this action at work as well as my preparations for people’s birthdays out of work (sending cards and suchlike via the Net), I really have had no time to plan my route once in Thailand – never mind blog about anything.

However, destination-wise, I feel that Ayuthayya looks on the cards for a stop as it is not too far from Bangkok and has a lot of cultural old  stuff (bit like Hampi perhaps??)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayutthaya_(city). Have yet to decide if I go there first and THEN Bangkok before proceeding to Phuket or what? – need to be frugal with the travel as still may get a plane internally while there. The bus to Phuket is 11 hours whereas a plane is just under 2hours although I would not see so much on a plane.

Patong Beach, Phuket is where lovely Cheryl is organising me a guesthouse stay.I will call her when in Bangkok to let her know when I will be there – plan to get there in plenty of time for her 2 days off on the Thursday and Friday.

Then also should I go to Koh Samui and/or Phi Phi Island or do I simply chill out and party also in the area before heading back to Bangkok for some good shopping before returning to Goa??

Thereby hangs a conundrum – all suggestions gratefully received for my customer satisfaction, thanks.

Watch this space therefore for tardy (in the sense of later) blogs!

About travell1ngthroughl1fe

I am a fun-loving person who goes with the flow and travels through life most of the time though sometimes I have to be responsible when others try to get me on their track! Most of the time though people tell me I am barking mad! hahahaha! Life is short but oh so sweet so I believe in looking out for the bright side of life and I can always find a positive in everything! Half-empty glasses are not for me. Negativity is an ill I want to cure in everyone. Only after you heal your own soul can you help to really heal the world. So when you need help, ask for it and where it is offered, gratefully accept it as a gift.
